The system also features a panic button for badgeholders to 'silently' alert their office and even their own emergency contacts with a Google map showing their location if they encounter a worrying or dangerous situation, become scared or don't feel safe.

Payment Method:
The Free ID badge printing offer is applicable when customers select our annual service payment through direct debit.
Alternatively, customers may opt for a monthly direct debit plan.
Order Requirements:
A completed order form, along with the service payment mandate and individual employee photos, must be submitted before order dispatch.
Payment Channel:
The service charge for this offer can only be paid via direct debit.
Validity:
These offer terms will be applicable for one year after acceptance. During this period, customers are entitled to order additional badges under the same terms.
Subsequent Orders:
For subsequent orders within the validity period, the same mandate will be used to collect shipping and service charges.
Additional Conditions:
These offer terms are supplementary to the EmployeeSafe terms and conditions and the You ID Me terms and conditions.
