By placing an order, you confirm that you have checked the spelling, layout, colours, uploaded images and any staff details supplied. Custom ID cards are produced from the design and files you submit, so please ensure you are happy with your design before checkout.

For multiple cardholder orders, please ensure the uploaded staff list and photos are accurate and clearly named where possible. Production will begin after payment is received. Shipping times are estimates from dispatch and may vary due to postal or courier delays.

​How to Create Your Staff ID Badge/s

Option 1: Create a Badge Using the Designer

Step 1 – Enter your details
Enter your:

• Name
• Email address

This is where we will send your order confirmation, design proof and VAT invoice.

Step 2 – Upload your company logo
Upload your logo using the Company Logo upload button.
You can:

• Resize the logo
• Reposition the logo
• Change colours and text styling if required

Step 3 – Upload a staff photo
Upload a photo of the badge holder.
You can:

• Move the photo frame
• Resize the photo frame
• Adjust the photo zoom

Step 4 – Enter badge details
Add any information you want displayed on the card, including:

• Employee name
• Job title
• Valid from date
• Expiry date
• Employee ID number
• Return address or contact details

Use the switches to hide any fields you do not require.

Step 5 – Choose your style
Customise:

• Font
• Text colour
• Background colour

Step 6 – Select optional extras
Choose:

• Signature strip
• Holographic finish
• Badge holder and lanyard

Step 7 – Review your designCarefully check:

• Spelling
• Dates
• Images
• Positioning
• Colours

The design shown on screen is what will be used to produce your badges.

Option 2: Upload Your Own Finished Artwork

This option is ideal if you already have a professionally designed badge.

Step 1 – Create your design
Create your badge artwork using your preferred software.
Recommended badge size:

• Width: 8.6 cm
• Height: 5.4 cm

Maintain this aspect ratio wherever possible.

Step 2 – Upload your artwork
Use the Upload Your Own Finished Artwork option.
When artwork is uploaded:

• A white layer hides all designer elements underneath.
• Only your uploaded artwork will be visible.
• Editable badge fields are automatically hidden.
• Only your artwork will be used for production.

Step 3 – Position and scale
You can:

• Move the artwork
• Resize the artwork
• Zoom the artwork

until it fills the badge exactly as required.

Step 4 – Review and order
Once satisfied:

• Review the final appearance.
• Proceed to payment.

Removing artwork
If you wish to return to the badge designer:
Click Remove Uploaded Artwork.

This restores all badge design controls and removes the artwork overlay.

You can upload:

Any reasonable quality photograph is acceptable.

Can I upload my own completed badge design?
Yes.
Upload your artwork using the Upload Your Own Finished Artwork option.
Your artwork will appear above the designer and become the version used for production.

What size should my artwork be?
Recommended finished badge ratio:
86 mm × 54 mm
The system allows repositioning and scaling if your artwork does not exactly match this ratio.

Will the hidden badge fields still be used if I upload my own artwork?
No.
When custom artwork is uploaded:

• The designer fields are hidden.
• Those fields are not included in the production instructions.
• Only your artwork is used for manufacture.

Can I edit my design after payment?
Please contact us as soon as possible.
Production may begin shortly after payment has been received.

Can I order a single badge?
Yes.
The system supports both single badge orders and bulk staff badge orders.

Do I need to provide a spreadsheet for a single badge?
No.
A spreadsheet is only required when ordering multiple badges.

How will I receive my invoice?
A VAT invoice is automatically generated and emailed to you after successful payment.

How quickly will my badges arrive?
Shipping options are shown during checkout.
