Employee ID Cards with EmployeeSafe Alerts Service
Your employee ID cards can feature EmployeeSafe so your cards help protect your employees whilst they're out and about.
In an emergency our cards send your employee's information straight to the screen of any first responder's device and can alert you back at HQ. Your ID cards can be fully customised - so they'll look amazing - but they're intelligent too.
You'll still get to ‘cherry pick’ all the elements you want for your custom ID cards and they'll still represent your brand and look amazing – your company logo, employee's name, job title photo ID etc.

How it works – EmployeeSafe: Employee ID Cards with Alerts:
- As well as your ‘pick and mix’ of elements, each card has a unique number/QR printed on it.
- Your employees activate and register the unique number at www.you-id.me
- In case of emergency a first responder can quickly retrieve your employee’s vital information: ID, medical, emergency contact and more from any device (phone, tablet, laptop etc.).
- How? By entering the ID number at You ID Me or by simply scanning the QR code.
- The system can also send instant alerts to selected emergency contacts' phones to let them know the employee is in difficulty. This may contain contact details for the first responder.
